Key Responsibilites:

  • Demonstrate and sell Agricultural new and used equipment.
  • Promote other goods, or services, that the Company has to offer.
  • Call on new customers and attract new business
  • Assist with demonstrations and training customers on new equipment operation
  • Keep abreast of business trends that will affect customer purchases.
  • Attend trade shows, training and community events as required
  • Keep current on product knowledge, features and benefits of all equipment

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Previous role with sales experience
  • A competitive, self-starter, who is disciplined and goal orientated.
  • Excellent communication skills with good listening skills, necessary to determine the needs of our customers.
  • Good organization and time management skills are required.
  • Familiarity with current farming practices and Precision Agriculture.
  • Knowledge of Agricultural Equipment/Farming would be an asset.
