What you will need:

• Experience in warranty or agriculture will be considered an asset but not necessary.
• Attention to detail
• Strong computer skills

What you will do:

• Work with the service team to assist with open and closing work orders utilizing our robust business system.
• Proofreading and ensure work orders are accurate including all charges, parts and technicians’ time
• Setting and confirming appointments with customers
• Troubleshooting customers calls, answer questions and concerns
• Communicating frequently with both the service team and parts team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct follow up calls with customers on quotes and services performed
• Prepare and processing service quotes and completed invoices
• Perform all warranty administration on all product lines, including extended warranty.
• Handle all communication with all suppliers for warranty purposes.
• Document and track claims through completion for warranty parts.
