Parts Shipping/Receiving - LISTOWEL

What you will do:
- Unpacking daily stock and ship direct orders and stock them in designated locations
- Assist with the loading and unloading of delivers (stock orders, internal couriers)
- Verify packing slip and receive parts accurately and enter into our business system
- Picking and packing of required parts
- Communicate with service department or parts departments when parts arrive
- Handle parts returns as required
- Invoice transfer between stores and manage substitutions as required
- Receive paperwork and file in proper order
- Assist with inventory counting of parts on required internal times
- Assist parts counter sales by picking and packing of orders or backup as required
- Keep the warehouse/parts area clean and organized.
- Assist with keeping the Parts Department clean and orderly
- Promote team work and a “customer first” commitment to all departments
- Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
- Could be required to lift up to 50 lbs and drive a forklift

What you will need:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience with farming and agricultural equipment an asset
- Experience with the latest computer programs
- Experience with parts sales or the willingness to learn
- The understanding that selling farm equipment parts is not a 9 to 5 job
What you will do:
- Assist customers and technical staff promptly, politely, effectively and with a smile
- Order, receive, record and stock parts promptly
- Keep the inventory control system accurate and up to date at all times
- Keep the parts department neat, clean and safe at all times
- Everything else that is required to run a very busy parts department
- Participate in a Saturday rotation along with other team members.

Sales Consultant - Listowel
Key Responsibilities:

To establish and maintain relationships with existing customers and call on new potential customers.
- Provide friendly, helpful and prompt customer service.
- Listening to customer needs, help to find a solution with the right product, and provide a smooth transition through the purchasing process.
- Providing quotes to customers accurately and promptly.
- Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the sale.
- Follow up with customer after sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and expand our current customer base.
- Demonstrate and train customers in equipment operation when required.
- Help promote other services available within the dealership.
- Attend supplier product training when required.
- Establish and maintain good working relations with suppliers.
- Attend trade shows, seminars, community functions as required.
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Post secondary education in agriculture or agriculture business is an asset.

Previous sales experience in agriculture in an asset.

What you will do:
- Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery such as tractors, tillage, planting, haying, harvesting and combining equipment
- Test and replace electrical components
- Tune or overhaul diesel engines
- Utilize electronic service tools for diagnostic purposes
- Record details of repairs made and parts used
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
What you will need:
- Agriculture Technician licence or third year apprentice
- A strong working knowledge of farm or construction machinery
- Willingness to self-manage and make sound decisions
- The ability to climb ladders, kneel for long periods of time and lift over 50 lbs
- The desire to have a long term career in agricultural service
- Clean driving record
- Ability to learn internal software system
