What you will need:

• License in a motive power trade, AET or HDET
• A strong working knowledge of farm or construction machinery
• CDK experience an asset
• Willingness to self-manage and make sound decisions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• The ability to climb ladders, kneel for long periods of time and lift up at least 50 lbs
• The desire to have a long term career in agricultural service

What you will do:

• Maintain, repair, and overhaul farm machinery such as tractors, tillage, planting, haying, harvesting and combining equipment
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand and power tools, welding equipment
• Test and replace electrical components
• Install, test and troubleshoot Precision Ag. electronics
• Rebuild power shift transmission and tune or overhaul diesel engines
• Record details of repairs made and parts used
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
