We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager at our NEW Alliston location. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our branch. This is a leadership role that requires strong business development, sales, supervising, and leadership skills.

What you will need:

  • The values of Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence
  • Post-Secondary Education in Agriculture, Business or related discipline
  • 5+ years of Leadership / Management/Supervisor Experience
  • Experience in the agriculture industry  
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a busy environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills, relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude, takes initiative to prevent issues, and has a bias towards action
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively
  • A continuous improvement focus on work
  • Well-organized, enthusiastic, professional and a positive team member

What you will do:

  • Emulate and embody the strategic vision, mission and core values of the organization
  • Coaches/mentors the team through effective problem solving, relationship building and  motivation
  • Manage the daily operation of an agricultural dealership
  • Manage operational and capital budgets for the individual location
  • Provide feedback to the organization on market conditions, competitive activities and service  enhancement activities
  • Meet growth targets for increased business in terms of revenue, volume and new accounts
  • Represent the organization at various community events
  • Liaison with customers, vendors and other locations within the complex
  • Actively participates in team retention initiatives; listens to team member issues and concerns  and address them in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
  • Performs other duties as required
