The Parts Specialist is a key member of the Parts team, responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the parts department. This role ensures that customers and internal departments have timely access to the parts they need to keep equipment operating efficiently. Responsibilities include shipping and receiving, inventory management, customer service and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. 

Responsibilities:

                   Shipping & Receiving

  • Receive, unpack, and stock daily inventory shipments and orders.
  • Verify packing slips and accurately receive inventory into the business system.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare parts for customer orders, inter-branch transfers, and internal service requests.
  • Load and unload deliveries, including stock orders and courier shipments.
  • Notify service technicians and other departments when parts orders arrive.
  • Process parts returns, warranty returns, and supplier returns as required.
  • Complete inter-branch inventory transfers and manage product substitutions when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduled inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and storage areas

     Parts Sales & Customer Service

  • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts and accessories.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and work collaboratively with the Service team to meet customer needs.

Qualifications   :

  • Previous experience in a parts, retail, or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment parts is considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills 
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Excellent communication skills.
