STAGE V
The Stage V JCB engine is in models 430 and 448. The Stage V 430 delivers 55kW (74hp) with a class-leading 440Nm (325lb-ft) of torque at just 1,150rpm. Stage V 448 delivers 81kW-129kW (109hp-173hp) with maximum torque at 690Nm (509lb-ft) at 1,500rpm.
- The Stage V models offer increased productivity whilst minimising fuel consumption along with fit-for-life engine after-treatment.
- Advanced and highly developed combustion and air handling systems allow the most efficient operation whilst producing ultra-low, in-cylinder emissions.
- An integrated pre-cleaner system and after-treatment induction system with wiring, ensuring an easy to install package.

 STAGE IV - TIER 4 - BS IV (56+)
The Stage IV is avaliable in models 444 and 448. The Stage IV 444, 4-cylinder 4.4 litre engine and 448 4-cylinder 4.8 litre engine delivers 68kW-129kW (91hp-173hp) with maximum torque of 690Nm (508lb-ft).
- When coupled with the DEF tank and integrated dosing module system, the package becomes a “Plug and Play” solution which eliminates a significant element of OEM integration work. This reduces cost and shrinks machine development timescales.
- Where required the innovative minimal after-treatment solutions provides a compact installation for 56+ kW engines - ensuring a “no compromise” approach to machine design for our customers.
- Every JCB IPU engine has been engineered for maximum robustness. The IPU's are subjects to thousands of hours of test cell and real-world testing to validate the products.

TIER 4
The Tier 4 4-cylinder JCB engine is available in models, 430, 444 and 448. Tier 4 430, 4.3 litre engine delivers 55kW (74hp) with maximum torque of 440Nm (325lb-ft). The Tier 4 444, 4.4 litre engine delivers 55kW-93kW (74hp-125hp) with maximum torque of 550Nm (406lb-ft). The Tier 4 448, 4.8 litre engine delivers 108kW-129kW (145-173hp) with maximum torque of 690Nm (509lb-ft) at 1,500rpm.

The Stage IIIB engine is avaliable in models 444 and 448. The Stage IIIB 444, 4-cylinder 4.4 litre engine and 4-cylinder 4.8 litre engine delivers 68kW-129kW (91hp-173hp) with maximum torque of 690Nm (509lb-ft) at 1,500rpm.
- Heavy duty 60kW (80hp) and low duty 10kW (13hp) integrated PTO options as standard.

STAGE IIIA - TIER 3 - BS III - CPSB II (UN EQUIVALENT)
Turbocharged Aftercooled 4-cylinder 4.4 litre engine delivers 55kW-120kW (74hp-161hp) with maximum torque of 655Nm (483 lb-ft).

Naturally Aspirated/ Turbocharged optional aftercooling 4-cylinder 4.4 litre engine delivers 63kW-93kW (84hp-125hp) with maximum torque of 525Nm (387lb-ft).
