Model # RT, RTX & 8200

Many Meyer Forage Boxes are available in a Feederbox Version.   Typically these units are used to make feed deliveries and in some cases act as feed mixers if product is layered while loading.   They are available in front unload, rear unload or front & rear unload version in lengths from 14 - 26' in length.   Often they are equipped with shorter sides for easier loading and have different drive options to accomodate this feeding application.   Clad-Tuff Fiberglass Sides come standard on a feederbox along with Solid Poly Floors and Conveyor Liners to avoid the corrosion associated with cured silage and for less stress for big loads and frozen material.  Meyer offers the most extensive line of Feederboxes on the market, we have a size and style to fit your livestock operation!

They feature Front Unload, 4' standard sidewalls, 2 augers, 24" frame spacing, direct drive, fiberglass sides, poly floor, poly conveyor liner, rub rails, 36" conv extension and more!   The RT500 features 667H apron chain while the RT600 has 667X.

36" Fold Down Conveyor Extension feature image
This handy fold-down extension package extends down 36" from the side of the feederbox side.   Designed to run flat or at mild angles to fill bunks and maintain reasonable distance from feed mangers.  Manual lift with shock assist standard, hydraulic lift optional.
PTO / Basic Hydraulic or Cab Control Drive Available feature image
PTO Drive is standard on RT & RTX front unload and front/rear unload models.
Basic Hydraulic Drive is optional on RT & RTX front unload and front/rear unload models.

Simple Direct Drive / RT & RTX standard drive feature image
This simple direct drive system allow for simple on / off operation and minimal maintenance.   Conveyor/augers have soft start followed by apron with second lever.  Various sprockets available to tune the desired discharge rate.
